作为第三方检测机构，佑量检测严格按照ISO 17025、CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》等适用标准建立了质量管理体系。

As an independent laboratory, ULS Testing has implemented the quality management system in accordance with ISO 17025 and CNAS CL01:2018 “Accreditation criteria for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”.

公司建有独立的化学实验室，拥有全套的多台大型检测仪器：XRD、PLM、GC-MS、LC-MS、ICP等，可以进行船舶有害物质和石棉检测服务，也能够为消费品、电子电气产品、汽车领域等进行检测服务。

ULS Testing has set up a modern laboratory including various testing equipment: XRD, PLM, GC-MS, LC-MS and ICP, etc. is able to do IHM (Inventory of Hazardous Materials) and Asbestos testing, also provide laboratory analysis for consumer goods, electricals & electronics and automobile, etc.

根据香港公约、欧盟拆船法案以及SOLAS的规定，佑量检测通过资深的有害物质专家和CNAS认可的实验室为船东、船舶管理公司、造船厂、修船厂及船用设备材料供应商提供有害物质调查、法规专业解读、有害物质的风险管控等服务。

To comply with Hong Kong Convention and EU Ship Recycling Regulation and SOLAS requirement, ULS Testing is providing IHM (Inventory of Hazardous Materials) service, guidance on the regulations, risk management and control on hazardous materials to ship owner, ship manager, newbuilding yard, repairing yard and manufacturer by our competent HazMat Expert.

1.根据客户要求，对船舶材料/电子电器类等的物理性能和化学性能的测试结果进行分析，并出具英文报告

2. 保证报告周转时间达到或超越客户期望，协调各部门间的工作
